Managed a trip to Gillingham today to see Lee and get some spares for my 352 bandsaw. A brilliant place - a spares store rammed with parts for most machines, from guides (brand new) to new wheels, every nut and bolt etc. Lee knows these machines inside out and used to work at Startrite when it was in Gillingham.
He had a really clean single phase 352 just refurbed - sold at £500 (c/w mitre fence etc)
Excuse the bad pic (phone) but here's a 3 phase Tsaw (foreground) the 352, and the one at the back is an accident. It's a 12" Tsaw with sliding carriage, side table extension, carriage extension etc etc... and near mint. It's an accident cos it's mine (wasn't a few hours ago  )

I got a refurbed mitre fence £25, and a few bits including a new spanner (if Jacob's watching, pm sent) for far too little though I suspect the deal on the Tsaw influenced that.

If you need any bits for a Startrite (bandsaws in particular) he is the man, and also worth knowing for the odd excellent machine too. Highly recommended,

Good grief Douglas how much space is there in your workshop?
Three benches, two bandsaws, a lathe, a cast iron morticer and now a table saw as well!!

Andy, you must pop by for tea... not as bad as it sounds: 2 benches, the morticer is outside under the 'portico' and the new Tsaw replaces the existing one. There was a time recently when I had 4 bandsaws (even Ian at Tuffsaws was impressed). This Startrite is a total GEM... so excited. Pics when it arrives of course... even has brass inset measure scales on fences - in inches. I shall have to stick a metric plastic rule over those =D> =D> And a shute for the dust... and a serious mass of precision ground steel.

seriously, tea, cake, and a trip to the Seaton chest via Jims.

p.s. you forgot the Myford I think??
