Hi all,

I am trying to match a unit that is already in place in a cloakroom. From the left, in one unit, is the toilet and then the washbasin. The unit has two doors on the right hand side below the washbasin.

To the right of this unit is a space of 635mm before the wall. I can buy the matching carcass material and the doors, but the widest door is 300mm.

The doors in the unit have no carcass material showing between them, so I feel I should adopt the same approach in the cupboard on the right.

Am I correct in thinking that I should have my left-hand door, my right-hand door and then the carcass filling the 35mm gap on the right?

I hope that I have explained this clearly.

Please note that it is not an option to make the doors, as they have to be identical to the existing ones.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Thanks,
Neil

By your description I would say that the filler strip should go against the wall, that way there would be natural room for the right hand door to open fully with any handle clear of the wall.
