Advice on hinge sizes

I'm going to make some bi-fold shutters out of 14mm t&g. I want to use brass butt hinges because they'll be exposed to elements, and I have found a suitable hinge in the 'box of bits' which is 63mm long and 34mm wide when opened out, but I'm not sure if these are still available.....

Screwfix have a 65mm brass hinge, but it looks too wide. Woodfit have a plated steel hinge that looks the right size, but not in brass (and their brass hinges are very pricey).

Any suggestions for an economical solution?

Try Ironmongery Direct There hinges are usually of goos quality and reasonably priced.

Isaac Lord also do narrow pattern brass butts.
