I enjoy making pens from Acrylic, the finished pen when polished has such a different look to one made from wood. I enjoy working with both materials.
I had a go at casting my own blanks using resin. I found that this is a hobby all to its self.
I have not shown the pens best at their best in the picture, but this is 2 of about 100 blanks made over the last few months. My main problem is air bubbles in finished cast.
