Evenin' all.
Figured it was time to show a few of my recent projects instead of spending my time snaffling other people's ideas
First up: A bookcase for my boss' nursery. The brief was to make something that would match this pre-bought nursery set.
This is what I came up with:
Note: the pictures were taken in the office at work - not in some disturbing, office-themed nursery  The sides are from 18 and 6mm MDF and the top and shelved are from 18mm PSE redwood. Paint is Dulux Vanillamist 1 satinwood, stain is Antique pine gloss varnish.
Next: A house nameplate. Made from timber reclaimed from a pallet at work. The letters are Iroko (I think) and the backing is Oak (more guessing, I'm afraid ..).
Also made this house number plate (not sure i'f I've already shown this..)
Made from the same wood as the nameplate.
Finally, I've just completed this changing table for my sister-in-law (probably with about a week to spare ). It's the first time I've used M+T joints in anger. Turned out rather well, I think. \/
That's all for now! Got a kitchen to finish in the meantime.
Cheers.
Bryn
