If you PM me your address I willbe pleased to send you the M42 blade I reviewed last month.

I have been exceptionly pleased with the performance of this type of blade and am happy to let other forum users have the opportunity to try this blade.

Perhaps you would take delivery from me and run for around 10 days and then forward on to the next forum member who uses this length.

I suggest it would be fairer to use the list above as the order of preference.

This blade is exceptionally robust and I think the tension on the blade should be released when not running. Also push timber through blade more slowy than a conventional blade, because the design was made for metal cutting.
I found as long as the blade was central on the bandsaw driving wheels calibration was not critical on the guides and providing fence is tracking OK the cut for me was super.

The blade could last upto 10 users.

If suppliers name is requested I will provide details.

DW, thanks for the offer mate. It would be best to offer to someone else for time being as i have far too much 3D work to do over the next months that i won't find much time in the garage

Plus i just set my bandsaw up and don't fancy changing the blade until this one snaps :wink:
