5/8" Shoulder planes

Evening all,
I've been looking at the Clifton 410 shoulder plane for a while now,
but have been wondering who else makes one?
Or who the original design was taken from?
I'm not looking to try a wooden plane.
I know Lie-Nielsen has one on the way, but I'm not sure when it will be hitting these shores.
WHilst I do have the medium shoulder plane offered by Lie-Nielsen there have been a number of times when I wish it was just a bit smaller..
