3 phase table saw convert to single phase

been offerd a lazzari cs4i panel saw with scribe blade need to convert to single phase or swap motor to single phase wich will be cheapist option

415v
60htz
at least that's wot I think it says its hard to see

To get a single phase motor of 4 hp will be VERY expensive and VERY large, so I doubt it would fit. Best route is a single to three phase converter
