1" x 10 tpi Expanding Chuck supplier needed

Hi everyone, I wonder if someone could help me.

I have an old Union Jubilee lathe which I've had a long time but not made much use of. I'm now trying to devote a bit more time to it and looking to make some bowls.

I've just tried to get an expanding chuck from Axminster but they couldn't help me as they don't have one with a 1" x 10 tpi thread. I was a bit surprised as they were able to supply me (a long time ago) with a simple faceplate for it.

Does anyone know where I could try for such a thing.

Depending on how much you have to spend, you can get a thread adapter for the Robert Sorby Patriot chuck for that thread.

Hi there, As a fellow Jubilee refurber I can tell you that Isaac Lords In High Wycombe also do a 1" x 10 tpi BSFthread adaptor For the NOVA chuck, same as a Sorby but cheaper. Hope this helpsjavascript:emoticon('')
