1/2" Keyhole router bit

Hello, i am trying to find a 1/2" shank keyhoe router bit but my searches on the web are only coming up with 1/4" or some very cheap ones with bad reviews.
Does anyone know of or could recomend where to get one please? or are they not available?
Any help greatly appreciated thanks.
