    Repairing a cordless driver

Hello chaps, thank you so much for your valued input, as always it's much appreciated. It's been a couple of weeks since this happened and I've got no idea if he tried to use it whilst it was still wet. I should think that there is a good chance that he did try which, from your comments, would...

    Repairing a cordless driver

My son left his cordless screwdriver out in the rain recently (not on purpose!) and, I am wondering if it is possible to repair it. I don't think that it's worth taking it to a pro repair shop and would prefer to have a go at it myself if possible. What is the ususal form of damage that is...

    Repairing Summerhouse Doors

Hello chaps, I have a summerhouse in the garden and unfortunately, the bottoms of the doors (all 4 of them) have gone rotten. Having browsed the internet, it would seem that replacing them will be quite an expensive outlay. I have tried to come up with what I hope might just be a viable...

Check your dashcam ...especially if it's a Nextbase

Hello RogerS. To partly answer your questions. My DashCam was hard-wired by agents for NextBase and so I have never been concerned about the battery and I wouldn't know how to check it. It just kicks-in as soon as I get in the car, I'm pretty sure it does that even before I start the engine...

I have had the NextBase GW622 fitted in my car for 2 years now and no problems at all. Seems to work perfectly with very good image quality. Not so good at night but, I understand that this is the case with most makes of camera.

    Feeling old

I've just celebrated my 82nd birthday. I have just changed 9 doors in my house and am now in the process of painting them. I run all the events at my local snooker club and still play in the team myself. I can still do 10 mile hikes over rough terrain with my 44 year old son. Still capable...
