Nathan those i believe are for hard wood decking and well there plastic and not so hidden. Mine let the wood close in wet weather and are 3/8" thick by 2" long. western red does move a bit too. That said i have not used them easy clips.

i put out swing doors on my shop and had them hinge to one side so one door would fold on the other or both would open for 32 feet of wall open for fresh air when milling . these are the locks i made as i needed 16 of them. they cost about $5 each to make. here how they work for...
