Only to add that I have used water based F&B exterior eggshell very successfully with trad putty, but yes, I did have the luxury of leaving the putty to cure. I resolved to not use trad putty on my future projects for this reason. Cheers

Have a look at the Felder mobility kits - there are various versions, but I see machines of 1000kg+ show them. I have this on my saw/spindle (400kg) and a different Scheppach version on my Scheppach planer (300kg). The machines are surprisingly manoeuvrable with these. Cheers

I have some “temporary” garage doors made of OSB that have been in place for over 6 years 😳 I slapped some exterior emulsion on them - they get damp at the bottom where the 2/3 leaf sits on the concrete cill. Remarkably they are holding up. Coastal Cornwall. Cheers
