Precast concrete double garage - workshop setup

Do you need to fix anything to the concrete ? You could build a free standing structure inside the concrete walls, each "wall" just wedged in position until the others are there to support it.. Here in France I would use the steel channels that are sold for dry lining with the insulation set...

    Door seals - Schlegel AQ21

It's brilliant stuff. I used it on all the exterior doors and windows on a recent house restoration. It holds well in the slot and retains its form well even when used in compression, also it does not stretch in the length when fitting and retract after like some products.. Highly recommended.

Sad news, Bob Minchin AKA 9fingers Myfordman

That's really sad, Bob will be greatly missed. He found and restored a Fobco pillar drill for me some years ago, all I paid for was the the parts - a generous man and a great help on electrical matters.

    Bonjour from Limousin

Hi everyone ! I'm retired, living in Haute Vienne in central France. A longtime woodworker and general DIYer. My workshop (mainly woodworking) is in the barn attached to our house, reasonably well equipped : table saw, band saw, planer, thicknesser, spindle moulder, hollow chisel morticer...
