It never will be used for much over sheet metal or wood but was considering a keyless as my chuck key hole is very slightly oval and difficult to tighten up sometimes.

I have inherited my Father-in-laws Pinnacle pillar drill. I would like to put a larger chuck on it from 1-13mm up to 16mm but gets into taper sizes which I assume is 12.5mm and I’m unsure what to buy.
