    Hi Pete, the electra beckum at 70 odd kgs might be a bit too heavy to lug around; i work mainly on barges so getting on and off would be an issue Cheers

    At the same time, I am considering buying a router table top and accessories from Axminster or sauter and then just clamping it to some sawhorsrs. Is this a better solution?

    Hi all

    French based irish man here, I started out rebuilding a barge with next to no knowledge and ended up starting a business which "does" barges - electricity, plumbing, welding and woodworking of course. There were 20 years between the first boat and the company ! I had to learn a bit..... Huge...
