I've always found our top push button flush value never seals properly and there is a constant "stream" flowing into the bowl no matter how I've tried to tweak it.

It's a shame they went with BG and not had a shop around at boiler manufacturers who offer 10 warranties on their boilers. All you have to do to keep the warranty is to get it serviced once a year, which should be cheaper than £160

That's great infor. I've hand painted a few kitchens using Helmi and it's great paint but not tried spray painting it. I read that a few use ac or pu for the undercoats because of speed of drying and then hand paint a top coat on site and was wondering if a paint like Helmi or F&B would stick to it

Thanks for all your advice. I'll have another look for some iroko first, then if I can't find any local I'll go with the oak. There is some oak local to me and the seller says it's 20% . Would this be suitable?

I've been told iroko but no one has it in stock round here. Would oak be suitable and if so (I don't know if this is a silly question) but what moisture content does it has to be for outdoors
