Can anyone please explain the different caractoristics of the two glues, and where would you use them .

For the last few years I have been useing Scewfix's waterproof pva Glue, I see they do'nt sell it anymore. What other reasonably priced pva's would anybody recommend? bearing in mind it must be waterproof.
