Can anyone recommend a reliable detector for pipes/wires/studs etc in walls please? I have a Bosch unit that is so unreliable that I cannot trust it. Hopefully someone can help?

You can sand in corners and sanding board edges which are always more tricky with an orbital sander. I also use it with 80 grit for bringing down filler on car and motorcycle panels without all the dust. Comfortable to hold and using Abranet is always a joy! Take it out of the box and try it.

I upgraded to a Mirka Deros a couple of years ago - excellent finish and very comfortable to use for long sanding stints. I also bought their sanding block and extraction hose for use with rectangular Abranet mesh ‘pads’. That is truly amazing.

Yes. After having hot-stapled the crack together I nay use a hot knife just to close the gap. More awkwardly I drilled holes at each end of the crack so larger hole to fill!

I have a council green garden bin with two cracks. I have bought a tool which heats up staples and which are then used to hold them the cracks closed. That is fine but I want it to be leak proof so need a glue that will actually bond the crack closed as well. Anyone done this with success please?
