Sourcing Blades for Scroll Saws and Jewellers, Piercing, Coping, & Junior Hack Saws

Just to add, on the Multico the tension is at the top at the back, the Nutool probably underneath, its usually a matter of turning the tension knob tighter for standard length blades

Sourcing Blades for Scroll Saws and Jewellers, Piercing, Coping, & Junior Hack Saws

Although your machine takes 6 1/2" coping saw blades I suspect it was intended for use with standard pinned scroll saw blades

Sourcing Blades for Scroll Saws and Jewellers, Piercing, Coping, & Junior Hack Saws

Do you have a photo and or model numbers of your two saws? I do not know of a saw that takes 6 1/2" blades as standard, generally all fret/scroll saws take the 5" blades, bar the motosaw that takes 3" but isn't really a scroll saw proper, if yours only takes pinned blades, try the Pegas blades...

    Lidl Offers

As an ex-newsagent all journalism is rubbish to greater or lesser degree IMHO Like politicians they are mostly liars with their own agenda

    Lidl Offers

Depends what you call proper journalism, all journalism is crap, warped and bent to the needs of the publisher or their owners, but if we are bombarded with links to stories, they should be unencumbered with cookies, I can put up with adverts (to a point) but do not accept the need for having my...

    Lidl Offers

So far having bought quite a few things from Aldi I have had no problem when something needed to be returned, never a quibble, but can't recall if I have returned something under warranty over a year?

    Lidl Offers

Thanks for the suggestion but my point being it should not be neccesary, if they want us to read their stories (which are very often misleading or irrelevant) they should make it easy to do so, there are plenty of other avenues to read the news for free, not that I seek it out

    Lidl Offers

I didn't say it was, but up until very recently the headlines we are bombarded with on facebook etc were at least readable once you rejected their cookies and blocked the hundreds of "interested" parties Now it seems you can only read if you pay or accept their cookies, so I don't read

    Lidl Offers

Perhaps I am the only one who doesn't know but recently I visited Lidl which is on the less visited side of town for me, and had a look at their offers, one was a furniture moving dolly, the label said regular £9.99 Lidl plus price £7.99 So I picked one up, got a few other bits, paid and left...

    Attention all wet shavers

I (we) must have saved thousands of ££'s over the years, I have only shaved once in about 50 years, and was told to grow it back again ;-) I had a car crash at age 13 which put me through the windscreen, the resulting scar tissue under my chin meant if I tried to shave it looked like the chain...

Cordless power washer, anyone had one?

Thanks for that, not looked at Ryobi yet , just checked and the price around £190 (or could be the lower modeel at a high price) which is cheaper than I expected but still more than I want to pay just now

Cordless power washer, anyone had one?

Thanks for that, yes the more expensive one seems to have been introduced more recently, it seems a few other manufacturers also brought out an "upper" model Its good to know the cheaper version is usable Still unsure what to go for but gathering info is useful Screwfix just sent me a £10...

Interesting note about the Titan version, the Worx one does get mentioned quite a bit Is your Worx one the £200 version of the cheaper one?

Cordless power washer, anyone had one?

Indeed, I did say it rather tongue in cheek ;-) You would think people would proof read adverts before posting them, but no, it was just one of many you see

Cordless power washer, anyone had one?

Thanks for that, not been able to go any further on this due to covid, straight out of the blue :-( I did look at it, there seems a lot around this price bracket, I will have to sit down and make comparisons, the name of the site puts me off though, not sure why But that will have to wait...

Cordless power washer, anyone had one?

A fairly positive review, more than I would want to splash out and does not appear to be in the UK as yet but a good review for a change
