Thanks guys your advice is all spot on and stuff I 'll certainly take on board when sorting my mess out. I have already started on an 18mm ply version and want to get it finished tonight so I can get it sprayed and see how it looks when it's painted, I'll try a T&G version tomorrow after I go...

Hi everyone and good aftrnoon, thanks for all your in put. The boards I use set just square edge and I routrer them with a v groove once clamped to give them a T&G effect, I thought if I glued and clamped all the boards then glued and nailed the 12/45 trim top and bottom this would hold it all...

I get my wood from a local building suppliers as to the eye it seems to be the best about where I am. I thought it was prob the wood not being dry but didn't think for 1 min it would take 6 months. I had it stacked for a week in my workshop at 10 degrees and thought it would do the trick!!! How...
