    Thanks Roughcut. I could do this but the cladding is to go on a shed which is 8m x 5m. So there is quite a bit and I want a nailgun that will do that and the timber frame house I want to build later in the year.

    Can I resurrect this thread. I haven't done anything about it as I have been struggling to get planning permission but hope to win on appeal. The only collated SS annular nails I have found are 34 degree and 50mm long. Anyone have a source for other angles and shorter lengths?

    I realised the difference when I saw a picture. I also think I read that one model took clipped ones for the first half dozen and then round ones??

    Thanks. The shed is the first job but I am about to start a timber framed house which will have cedar cladding so if I can find another air framing nailer it will get some use. What is the difference between round head and clipped nailers.

    That is as expected. My main problem is that when smooth nails are put in with a hammer the centre boards bow out when water gets into the wood: the expansion is enough to remove the nails. That is why I want to use round-headed stainless steel annular nails. I don't know what gauge they would...

    Hi I have a 50L 8-bar air compressor. I want to nail cedar T&G cladding on a shed frame using stainless steel annular nails . I know little about nail guns so would welcome recommendations on air nail guns and on the suppliers of suitable nails.
