Right I have a quick question now on my new bandsaw choice can you look at these links and guide me to the best one ? As ive previously said i would like to do bandsaw boxs etc mainly with hardwood 4" -5" so the min blade on most of these is 1/4 " (6mm) which i dont know is small anough...

Right thanks that is probably where ive gone wrong then the blade was probably too far back and because the lower guides were squewiff then the blade has dulled and resulting in a poor cut . Ill look into sending this back and upgrading the saw and next time set the guides properly and use wood...
