    Jig for routing dados

Definate elements of norm here.... For your information, "Dado" isn't an english word. We should be calling it a housing joint. Also, we call a "rabbit" a rebate FYI. :P

What HAVE ntl done to their TV user interface!?

LOL I just got of the phone, I wanted to speak to the head programmer who's behind the menu. Of course, they are going to arrange something and call them back. These girls on the end are so nice (but tough) its hard to be horrible to them

Those of you with NTL Digital TV.... Is it me, or have they completely cocked up their user interface - What a state!? I was trying to watch TV this morning, I had to switch off the box to get rid of this blue screen that wouldn't go away, even when I pressed all the buttons. Some bad...

    Don't buy cheap bisuit jointer

You say don't buy a cheap biscuit jointer. However, I and many other owners of the Ferm, would dis-agree - for the price, its excellent, and I would argue its on the accuracty and useability of some professional models I have used. Maybe not as tough, and the motor does get a little warm...

One thing that bugs me about this forum and many others is

John, You will find most forums have a standard header throughout the site, I don't find them annoying at all. If your really that concerned write to http://www.phpbb.com and suggests improvements they could make, maybe it would be a good thing to be able to turn off..

Most dangerous tool in the workshop

Hehe, I had a funny thought as you said that of some DIY woodworker adapting a 1/4" B&Q router to fit one :x I have the Makita 3612CX in my table, so I dont think speed or power will be a problem

    electric sharpener

Yep I have one, dont use it much - I find its better for garden implements and stuff. I would never consider putting my decent chisels near it, it would probably do more damage than good. You can read my review here

    electric sharpener

How fast does it spin, what type of stone is it.... I'm guessing no, its not the type that needs water, probably spins too fast. You won't turn it into a tormek if thats what your thinking...

    Boschmann ???

Actually, I was at a bootfair the other day and I saw a WHOLE stand with REAL dewalt and B&D tools on. Couldnt see much wrong with it, apart from some stuff was obviously dis-continued, i'm not a great DeWalt fan, but i came back with a gadget flip/driver thingy nevertheless £9 :D

    Boschmann ???

I seriously doubt they have anything to do with bosch, i've never heard of them, Which means they are probably cheap imports. You can usually tell by who your buying them from and also the quality of the products, their casing, the packaging etc.... Quick search on google might help...
