    We went today. Pleasant enough drive to get there. Vast selection of turning blanks at OK prices. The model wheels were a bit pricy though. I very nearly spent £69 on a set of saw tooth forstner bits. But my lady had already spent a lot in the craft shop!

    why not use glass?. I had a 2' x18'' piece cut by a local specialist for £4.50
