    Clamps and where to start !

    I pick the ones from aldi/lidl. Whenever they are in. You can never have enough clamps. Must admit, the aldi ones are a little better than the lidl ones. I also have a couple of 700mm bar clamps from silverline, they were cheap enough at a show and have a steel bar on them.

    Wood yard closed or open?

    My Local GE Collis and sons are open, Got a guy on the gate, One car out, one car in. Maximum of four cars at a time. It's only 3 minutes away from me. Need it whist on lockdown, as my garage/workshop is keeping me sane .

    Quite the barn find

    If it has been stored like that for 30 years with battens between for air flow, It will be fine, Hard as nails, but fine to use. Mate of mine has some floorboards stored the same.

    Biscuit Choices

    I use the one that was in Aldi about 7 years ago. Admittedly, it doesn't do loads of work, Maybe 100 biscuits in that time, But it's done all I need. Edited to say, this was the workzone one with the alloy baseplate, Not the newer ferrex one
