reading the reviews on the Aldi website, It seems that the nail gun suffers from breaking firing pins. I wonder if that is why they are no longer available?

Hi all, As per the title, I'm after a nail gun to fix mitred boxes together. I'm very mean and don't want to spend loads. Very hobby use, eg use it for a couple of days, get bored with that project, move on to another, pick nail gun up 6 months later, repeat ad infinitum.

why not screw a 4-5 way extension lead to the bench, Plug all of the accessories into that, You will only have one lead from the bench then

Why not turn it in wood, Use high temperature silicon and make a mould with that, All you need to do then, is polish the parts up and you don't waste pewter. I cast in a medieval living history group, In the middle of a field with no thermometers. ( I use more authentic soapstone for the moulds)
