    they are few and far between but they exist. I'd suggest atlantic timber although it's still 20-30 miles from Liverpool. hardwood sales is in Huyton but I don't think they have a yard you can for a wander round.

    Tracksaw yes, but also a multitool/oscillating saw. Perhaps not in the shop but on site they are a god send, quick trim of a skirt or cabinet to fit round something, hole in the back of something, fitting sockets or switches, cutting floor boards it gets used way to much.     Simple answer. No it won't. Buy a band saw. Unless you are doing skeleton stocks and even then a scroll saw is the wrong tool for the job.

    Workshop security

    Ive had a yale battery powered wireless on my house and workshop for the past 15 years. Cant fault it. Change the batteries yearly and log when you do. Really easy to set up and easy to add too. Only annouce I have with my system is it cant be zoned, the next one up can be.
