    Forum for proffesoonals?

Regardless of a year old post, the question was civil. *If someone is irked by something someone says then drags it up at every opportunity in the future then every thread will eventually end up in handbags. If you don't like someone for whatever reason do not reply to their posts. *not just...

    Forum for proffesoonals?

Excuse me gentlemen this thread seems to have a rather negative tone to it. The OP asked a perfectly sensible question. Can we try and keep this (and every other thread) positive and friendly please.

    Kitchen Wall Units

Concealed wall cabinet hangers on a rail. Blum do some nice ones or there are cheaper alternatives e.g. https://www.locksonline.com/Cabinet-Par ... 73897.html https://www.locksonline.com/Cabinet-Par ... -6492.html

    Font bowl

Would the epoxy/ waterproof coating work on the outside? I am assuming it sits in something and the outside is not seen, that way, if it works visually it would remain identical.

    rule breaking

Last word from me on the subject. If we had to word every rule so that there was absolutely no room for for misinterpretation and pedantry there'd be multiple pages of legalese for each one. The offloading rule was put in place because of one or two individuals taking the michael and obviously...

    rule breaking

Without getting into an argument and having to explain every action a mod takes or doesn't take... Had I (or any of the other mods) been aware that the items were for sale concurrently elsewhere the post would have been removed as per rule 5, as there is no room for misinterpretation...

Any white goods service engineers here? (AEG hob)

OK So error logs show no 0 for the last 5 events. Demo mode is definitely turned off. Service code cycles through 3 59 F 2 3C 1 8 1P 1 0 0C 2 0 OP 2 and it does draw current when on judging by the crackle at the socket switch when I turned it off at the wall without turning it off on the hob...

Any white goods service engineers here? (AEG hob)

Thank you Bill, I have found the user and installation manuals, but they don't cover a lot. I have since found out by trial and error how to get into demo/ service mode and can turn demo on and off but still no joy. There is also an error log but that is showing clear too. However I have...

Any white goods service engineers here? (AEG hob)

On the slim chance there may be an AEG service person here or someone with access to service manuals. AEG HK634200F-B (949 593 295 00) Induction hob. Short version - anyone got a link to a service manual? Long version... Just purchased a used, apparently ex display unit, although the more I try...

NEWBIE: Building A Shed. Looking For Help On Information.

Take a look at some pre-built shed prices, tongue and groove, treated timber at the approximate size you want. e.g. https://www.gardenbuildingsdirect.co.uk ... -apex-shed That should be similar to the cost of the timber to build the same thing but yours would be more substantial, e.g. using 3x2...

Worktop "clamps" for thinner kitchen worktop?

At the risk of being a prat, you do realise they go in with the 'ears' horizontally? I think you are worrying about nothing unless they are almost as wide as the worktop is thick. Even if there is only a 10mm thickness above the 'ear' hole where is your perceived weakness? Its only 2 or 3...

One for the kitchen designers please :)

Warning! Cheapskate alert! Well not that cheap but... I have the option of some pre loved Silestone worktops but they're just a bit short for my needs by a 'corner', i.e. laid out in an L the corner 700x600 is missing. Would it look silly if I put something like a 900 x 900 ish quarter circle...
