    Finishing Van Dyke Wall Cladding

Wow! That is a fairly rude (although politely worded) and unwelcoming reply. Why not just say *&^^&% off and stop stealing my work. The reason the OP may have had no replies could be that no-one that has read it has had the answer. Most members of the forum would offer advice freely if they had...

You can stick your Katsu Router...

Yep! there's a lesson in there. Don't let the lack of tools, especially a lack of the ''best'' tools, stop you from enjoying getting stuck in and making something, and if you do need a particular tool to make something specific have a bash at making one of them too, twice the satisfaction.

    HiFi speaker problems

Hi Eric, As prefixed, just my tuppence worth, not trying to start an argument. If you've fitted one 100v setup that's one more more than I have, but I have replaced a few when customers weren't happy with what they had, and I've not heard one I'd like to live with but maybe they were all carp...

    HiFi speaker problems

My tuppence worth. Working with what you have i.e. speaker wires all run to one point, no cat 5 or similar, and keeping the cost down. First try each of the pairs individually connected directly to your amp, that should tell you wether there are any issues with any of the speakers. Personally, I...

Pantograph or freehand for house sign?

I have the Rutlands one above and its fine for 'official' signs, as in what you'd see in your local woodland park etc, but the font is not very attractive or stylish. I've probably made half a house name signs and ended up going freehand. May look a little wobbly close up but from 3 feet away...

    British Seagull motor rebuild?

I would imagine that any of those listed would physically fit (i.e. the correct thread of the correct length that screws into the head and have the correct electrical resistance) but some may have a solid top to use a different cap. (Some plugs have a solid top and others the solid cap connector...

Attach wall relief flat to wall?

Sorry just re-read #-o but yes I think the loading on a small bit for countersinking the horizontal / sawtooth hangers should be within the scope of the small routers.
