Thanks. It only gives you that option when you open the drop down to search, and I didn't.

    lost chipbreaker screw

How do I stop your website insisting the delivery address is in the Italy? I am writing this on an Ipad in Italy but my wife is in the UK until wednesday.

    lost chipbreaker screw

I just checked. $12 for them to ship the screw in the US, which is pretty idiotic. the actual cost of first class postage is about $4 for something like that, but they aren't set up to send anything first class. The extra cost is tax at 22% on the item and the shipping cost, $20 for the courier...

    lost chipbreaker screw

I have sent them an email. If I were to buy it from them directly it would end up costing around $120, the screw is $5. It will still be difficult to find an imperial screw in italy.

    Withdrawn 3mm vintage Japanese chisel

I have been using this for years but was recently offered another with some history and a price tag to match. This one must go. I will be in the UK between the 3rd and 6th of September and would be posted Royal Mail signed for if sold. £23 posted.

Withdrawn Lie Nielsen 3/4" bevel edge chisel

I have had this for quite some years but I invariably pick up a Japanese chisel so it rarely if ever gets used. I will be in the UK between the 3rd and 6th of September and would be posted Royal Mail signed for if sold. £90 posted

anyone clued up on specs of sheet goods? Valchromat vs. coloured moisture resistant V313 mdf

I may be in euroland but this is Italy. Furthermore, it's August and virtually everything shuts down for the entire month. I think we sometimes have strange ideas about Europe and common laws, before Brexit that is. In the UK I regularly saw animal welfare being discussed by farmers, in...

anyone clued up on specs of sheet goods? Valchromat vs. coloured moisture resistant V313 mdf

unfortunately, I have datasheets for Valchromat but I'm not having much luck with V313. In Italy, it is well known that if you ask the same question of 5 people you will get 5 different answers.

    Anyone know anything about tortoises?

He has shade and a house filled with hay which I dampen. I have never seen him forage but he has clearly come to realise I feed him and will eat chopped leaves, mostly chicory and rocket, the latter I have read may not be the best for him. He will also eat apple from my hand, this only because...

    Dovetail jigs

I was probably one of the first to buy a Leigh jig back in the early 80's. Never made anything with it, keep saying I should try and sell it but I don't think there will be a market for it here in Italy.

    Anyone know anything about tortoises?

Thank you for that. I need to sort out an enclosure and I'm not sure what to use. At the moment it is a wall of high extruded terracotta bricks but he just walks from one end of one wall tries to climb up, fails, walks to the other end, tries to climb up, fails, and back again. It is just too...

    MFT...DIY or buy??

I would buy a top but here in Italy I can only find Festool, so I have had to buy a jig.

    Anyone know anything about tortoises?

He didn't stay out long yesterday, though to be truthful I'm not sure how long. Shell is 14cm and the underside is very slightly concave. He seems to go back to his nest quite early in the day.

    FCTools parallel guides

Does anyone have any experience with the MK2 parallel guides? There is only one image I can find and that just shows a partial of the rails and the stop and connector.
