    best budget friendly palm router

I recently found a Bosch Pro GFK600 for £90 on Amazon. I think I got a bit of a bargain. I haven't used it yet but I've heard it's good.

There are kits available for headlights, I have seen them on eBay.

    colouring Swedish pine

A neighbour has asked me to make some small windows. All the others are dark walnut colour uPVC. I would normally have used Douglas but it is quite difficult to find here at the moment and when you can is 2000 euro m(3). The pine is good quality but quite resiny, with no knots. I usually paint...

    Inco Bandsaw wheel tyre advice

I searched urethane bandsaw tyres UK, but I knew they existed as I have purchased from them before. I'm fairly sure I bought my urethane tyres from Bandsaw Tire Warehouse as above post.

    Wire wool between coats (Tung)

I'm not sure if the Liberon product is pure tung oil but when I use tung oil I apply as little as possible per coat, just wetting the rag. But I use pure unpolymerised tung oil.

    Wanted Incra mitre gauge.

I don't need the fence or the bar. Would prefer 27 but will consider any model.

Clean cutting plywood - that's easy isn't it?

I use a professional CMT blade designed for ply and it does a much better job.

    Tuff blades seller in EU?

I buy from tuffsaws but I have them posted to Italy by a relative. Two times VAT and shipping but worth it. I bought one blade from Germany recently, a Swedish brand, awful finish when used but maybe I chose tge wrong blade. Tuffsaws explain much on their website and give thicknesses too.

    Record Power 350 sabre

Well, I went ahead and ordered and paid for the N2-35. I wish I could tell you what a lovely machine it is but despite 10 days passing I still have no tracking nor do I have any idea when it might be delivered. This despite paying 125.00 euro for delivery and asking for tracking 3 times. I...

    Which nails to use…

I have used iron nails quite often with sweet chestnut that has high levels of tannin. The climate is different here but I haven't had problems with staining.

    Record Power 350 sabre

I thought, but it was many years ago when I asked, that there was a rubber roller available for later machines. I could be wrong though.

    Record Power 350 sabre

I bought it in Italy probably around the mid-1990s, MiniMax mod. FS 30. Shipped to Ireland screwed to a pallet. I had previously used a small Scheppach with rubber rollers which I cleaned occasionally. The model FS 30 I have has a steel feed wheel. The biggest problem is the constant cleaning...

    Record Power 350 sabre

It's a very old cast iron, probably around 2nd world war 50cm wheel. I bought it because it was pretty much more than anything else. I have spent quite a lot on tyres, imperial nuts and bolts and taps and dies despite being of Italian manufacture, inverter, 2-pack spray paint, time etc, and I...

They don't show shipping for Italy so I guess that could bring it up to 1400 or 1450? I'll ask. I wish I could see them side by side.
