    FAO Triton Router Owners - a slight modification

    On the Triton forums in Aus they advise that you remove the spring if using the the router table which i have done. It is also advised to blow out the micro adjuster and used WD40 or their equivalent I have had no problems with MDF following this advice

    "EXCUSE me if i am being ignorant here but how would my advice "restrict" the connection or impede on the maximum airflow? " Sorry Woody I was not having a go at you. If you go down from 4" to 1.5" and are running a dust extractor often the bag collapses due to the lack of air intake.

    I am trying to convert the dust extraction on an overhead saw guard and a table router guard from 1.5" dust extraction port to 4". I can achieve this using a soil pipe and a heat gun to mould it but it comprises the original design and obscres the view. What option do I have?? Thanks in advance...

    yes there are two sizes - the Maxi that will allow upto 1220(4') wide and the Mini that allows upto 660mm wide. The maxi was design to handle a 8' X 4 sheet Hope this helps '

    Roger I have a maxi sliding table shared between the WC & the router table. I have an extra inside rail that is attached to the router table so I just move the outer rail & table between the 2 tables. Barry
