    LYDL Stores

I confirm what wizer said is true internationally. I know of this phenomenon in the UK, ireland and France. People queue up to buy loads of the same thing. Builders queue up for all the tools stuff. I bet you they sell them on again on the likes of Ebay.

    Digital Caliper from screwfix

The Screwfix one is exactly like the one I bought a while back in Lidl for 20 or 30 euros, I can't remember. But in anyway, far cheaper. I am happy with it, it seems a decent tool, I use it a lot now that I have it. CYC

    Whic Biscuit Jointer?

If you are serious about woodworking and you want long lasting tools you don't have to replace every year, then I think most on this forum will agree with me in saying: "Spend more now on the right tool and spend less later replacing a cheap product" If you are on a budget like most of us then...

    T-track (Lee Valley..?)

I have come up with a cheap alternative on my Drill press table: I used ply for the base and MDF for the top. I routed a dado in the ply and then grooves in the top MDF. All 18mm thick timber. It works very well for me. CYC

    Fence on a EB PKF255

How comes you have to actually order the part of the fence which should have been included?! did you buy second hand? I use the EB SPA 1100, it was part of the deal with the table saw. Works well.

Congratulations Geppetto. My daughter was born 6 months ago and I have done next to no woodworking since. I use to get 6 hours/week in the workshop before that. When she is a little older I hope to go back :?

    Fence on a EB PKF255

I too have the PKF 255 and the fence locks on the front and back of the table, just like John explained. You should have the same fence, or do you have an older model!? On a different note, before christmas I noticed the fence was no longer parallel to the blade. The blade is parallel to the...

In With the New, Out With the Old

The CT11 is 14L capacity and would not be double the price from the Mini. I had the pleasure to see it in the flesh and it's very nice. "One day, she'll be mine, one day..." The accessory Neil is talking about is this: http://festool.co.uk/cat_mediando/image ... _z3f_1.jpg catalogue number...
