    planer thicknesser

If you can straighten the bar, and get some weld in the missing area, and grind /file it all smooth so it does not mark the timber and use it again. If the welder man could clamp the repair area in a vice and let it cool, may help any distortion and possible twist. HTH Regards Rodders

    planer thicknesser

It sounds like you have damaged the pressure bar, As you say there's no pics or help in the manual I found. If you know someone in engineering it could be possible to have an exact copy pressure bar made, in size length, width and thickness. Should you take this route take plenty of pics and...

    Table saw without mitre channel?

This is a site saw, just used for general ripping and suchlike, It's not designed for precision work etc. I've had a couple, very useful. The only suggestion i have is to check out the edge of the top, and see if you can fix a "U" chanel for the mitre slider and align this edge with the saw...

James May in a wood shop

The Micro switch just puts the ignition current to earth, just disconnect each one 'til you have a spark, then replace it. The deck drive, brake and under seat are the frequent culprits, Perhaps this diagram would be easier to read. Rodders http://www.mtmc.co.uk/Atco-TRACTOR-12/3 ... 82217.aspx

James May in a wood shop

From working with a friend that mends and sells Mowers, strimmers and chainsaws, If the gudgeon pin was "fully floating", moving in the piston too, it would just push in, but most are a snug and interference fit in the piston, so either gudgeon pin in the freezer for a few hours and fitted to a...

    Electric storage heating

As phil.p and others have said, the heat just isn't there when you need it, with Storage heaters, I took ours out for the very reason, Rather a shame as the heat is clean and easy, in use and maintenance. For most of us, Oil or solid fuel are more readily available and easier to use. Gas isn't...

Lons and Wuffles, I didn't say it was a final wearing finish, Just emphasizing That it IS a floor leveler, and it DOES LEVEL FLOORS, And to Just follow the directions on the bag. As you say It most certainly isn't a wearing finish, It's for use under vinyls or carpet etc, and not good for...
