    Routing MDf kitchen unit doors

That's quite a large bit for a decent sized 1/2in router. If you're thinking of doing this in a handheld tool then not sure I'd want to tackle it without some experience, it can all go wrong quite quickly? As already said the door has the look of a vinyl wrapped door as there is no detail on the...

    Multitool

Does that actually work? I can't envisage how the steam gets behind the tile. It's not like wallpaper that you can score before steaming. I'm curious as a retirement job is renovating the bathroom at home. May well be waterproof adhesive. Steve

    Replacement router

It does help - thanks. I may sit on doing anything about it for a while, I'm busy for a bit making some reusable display frames and screens for a ceramic artists' cooperative that conned me into making them after plying me with alcohol! Replacement router

    Replacement router

Thanks for that, I hadn't come across Radian before. A bit more expensive than most but more machining of course on 3/4 flute cutters.

    Multitool

Can I suggest not to get too hung up on not damaging the wall? You'll have to make good anyway and it's often quicker, particularly if it's a stud wall to just re-lay new plasterboard. Before SDS hammer and rotation stop I sometimes used a long handled scraper, 24in or so long and a mallet on...

    Replacement router

Hello all, first post so be gentle! I've now had two routers fail within the month, I wouldn't mind but the older is only 38 years old and the younger one about 35! The young one was an amazing thing based on a very long fibreglass printed circuit board milling and drilling motor. High...
