Advice on Startrite bench drill purchase

Thank you for the feedback guys! I appreciate the price is a little steep compared to what most have paid but seems that way down here :( I might just keep looking and see what else comes up. Will start looking around the derby area as I could always ask my dad to collect it

Advice on Startrite bench drill purchase

Hi guys, A bench drill has been on my purchase list for a while now, being in cornwall not a lot comes up in the way of second hand fobco stars and I don’t want to purchase a new machine if the quality isn’t great. A Startrite Mercury mk 2 has just been listed and the guy wants £360 (no...

    T-Shirts

this is the site I have used a few times, if you do try the guildan brand then go for the ‘heavy cotton’ IMO a better quality than the other variations http://www.cottonprint.co.uk/gildan-heavy-cotton™-adult-t-shirt-p-229.html

    T-Shirts

I had the same issue, everywhere seems to only cater for the current trend! I ended up buying some guildan t-shirts and they are very good quality and cost around £2!! You can only buy them in plain colours (unless you want to pay for printing) They don’t shrink in the tumble dryer and fit great!

    Help with planer blades please

Good evening guys, I’ve just received some new planer baldes for my SIP 01550 P/T and they are 5mm longer than the stock blades, I’ve dropped them in place and evened them up so a 2.5mm overhang (outside the block) either side. Before I go ahead and attempt to set them, is this a bad idea...

    Advice please

The riving knife is one consideration with the other being the reported short lead, being new to Cornwall I am struggling to find somewhere with demo models available. I am sure either one will impress me compared to my current Ryobi battery c/saw! Arron
