    A friend has asked what is the best way to restore the top of her oak dining table. I think it the original finish was oil but could be wrong. It is different shades of colour & I thought it may have been due to UV light. What Is the best way to proceed, cheers Tony

    I have bought a piece of HSS round bar 200mm x 10 mm to make a point tool. How much of the 200mm (8") do you think should go into the handle, which I will be making. Should the length of the bevel be 1.5 x of the tool diameter & do you finish the handle or leave bare . Thanks Tony

    Inside Bowl - Final Cut Problem

    I have Just watched & enjoyed the above video and learned a lot. However in one part he is rounding over a bead with what looks like a skew ? & I think I would be afraid to try this for fear of a dig in. Am I missing something here , cheers Tony
