I am planning to construct a ledge and braced gate to fit into a 1 metre wide arched opening. I need to maximise the opening width so was wondering if suitable hinges could be fitted directly to the brick work, avoiding the use of a frame. Any suggestions very welcome. Thanks, John

I only have these pics of it fitted. The sensor is fixed on the out feed side, held by self tapping screws in the case. The readout is mounted convenient for reading by the adjustment handle. Stormer - you are welcome to come over to have look, PM me. John

The raised panel cutter height is adjusted in the table to give the 6mm thickness at the edge of the raised panel to suit the recess in the rail. The thickness of the rails and stiles doesn't impact the size of the slot that is fixed by the size of the rail and stile cutter set. You may find...
