Tony , Roger at wood worker workshop is also selling the PC with the 8-[ Legacy . Maybe he could help you out ? Also Martin Brown as said before may be able to help . Hes just helped me out with an adapter to get a one way chuck to fit the Legacy so if they can do that parts for a router should...

Paul it was the K body 800 ones . I was going to go for the bigger ones but they are a pain if your clamping alot of smaller doors and stacking them high . I find sometimes you need that extra nip on a clamp and a bar handle clamp lets you do that . I suppose i could always drill a hole through...

Well i still don't know what your talking about :roll: Is the break out when you start to drill or when you come out the other side ? As said above i use a block of wood on the back if its breakout there or a 3d bit if its break out at the start .

Try a 3d bit not a flat bit .

Or use a router . What are you trying to do ? Is it for a cable tidy hole ?

Do you mean the drill bit tears the veneer as you start to drill ? Try putting masking tape over the area and drill through that .

Nice bass . I played mainly swing jive in big bands using a Trace elliot GP12 SMX and a double bass . I bought a Framus when i joined a rockabilly band but the double bass sounded better so i never got to play it on stage .

Just a thought to put your familys mind at rest , Homebase sell an entry alarm for about £30 that you can put on the door and if the seal is broken it goes off . It scared the scum out of my workshop when no one was around .
