Glue and saw dust from the timber that you are sanding . You can buy products that take the place of glue and saw dust but you still need to add the saw dust .

I normally use 75mm x 18 for my face frames to compliment the 75mm side rail of the doors . Timber wedges are fine and i normally leave the skirtings on and put a fillet around the edge to avoid any problems .

I've never seen a top cill bigger than a bottom cill .

I always thought Hilti did that :wink:

Thats a shame , if he was banned for getting angry about something unsafe then i do wonder why i post here , however i did not see what happened and would really like to know why someone i have a very high opinion of was banned .

Very nice , i've never seen a fretless guitar before . I suppose you just find your first position and work from that , thats how i do it on the double bass .

Oxalic acid , you may need to order it from a chemist and tell them what you are using it for . It does bleach the wood even though they say it wont .
