    If you use a pice of 3mm MDF above and below the ply then the picture will not be damaged and the edges will require little or no cleaning up.

    Spray (or other) glue

    Have you tried Hobbycraft they do both repositionable and permanent spray adhesive at reasonable prices. I use it to stick photos to birch ply when making jigsaws. I also noticed some permanent spray in B & Q the other day at £6.00 for a large can.

    Glue used?

    I simply use making tape first and then apply the pattern with either Pritt Stick or a spray adhesive from Hobbycraft. Works for me.

    Hegner Multicut 2 blade clamps

    Hi, I recently bought a second hand Hegner without a key and found that a standard radiator valve key does the job perfectly. Hope this helps.

    Baltic birch plywood for furniture in Midlands.

    I buy mine online from a company called Laser Ply, delivery charges seem ok and the quality seems good too. Having said that I only use it for making jigsaws and toys for grandchildren. Might be worth a look though

    Hello The website is Laserply - Plywood, MDF, Veneered MDF, Arcylics, Rubber I don’t think they do full size sheets though, the largest I have bought is 600mm x 400mm

    Depending on the size you want, I have found Lazer Ply a good source of birch ply. Delivery costs are £6.95, which seems quite good to me. Delivery is usually in a couple of days.

    Scroll saw issues

    I have done exactly the same with mine and it works a treat. Far better than fiddling around with the Allen key every time you want to make an internal cut.
