    Thank you D Sound advice. The reason I was thinking of that lathe is for me it should be fairly future-proof, it's new and therefore guaranteed, has variable speed AND a digital readout. It isn't too large for me to move if I need to, etc. but I'll certainly look at what you or anyone else on...
