Thanks Roy much appreciated. I've actually spoken to Jason at JFK, he pointed me to a digital converter rather than going the route of a rotary. Just wondered if anyone had, had first hand experience on running a CNC via a digital and if they'd had any issues before I buy.

Hi, I've been running a 2016 Spartan CNC 2030 since 2018, it's a clunky industrial beast but it does the job and touch wood I've had no issues apart from the cable track breaking and having to replace the dust shoe (the one it came with was awful).
