Ok so I don't really know my way around a lathe. Is the Morse taper size the measurement on the attached picture? If so then it's 24mm so I'm guessing it's a no. 3 Morse taper. Where does that leave the Union Jubilee theory?

Hi folks, I have a lathe which was previous used in a school. It weights an absolute tonne. Does anyone know the make/model? It looks kind of like a Union but there are no plates or markers so perhaps a cheaper version? It has an integrated sanding wheel. Thanks in advance. Cheers. Bob
