    Well 22.22mm is a tad to big! But with a generous "Stroking Over" with 5" angle grinder with flap wheels and flat pad one ends in handle part just need to tweak other end

    compressor couplings question

    If using air powered tools don't forget your oil! and use it regularly or implements soon become toast. Stick with plain hose those coiled type are a real ball ache and often wear/fracture as catch on so many things. Don't forget to drain tank often.

    One of the ones ive made i doused in thinned out Tung oil which heated up before brushing on. Have 2.5l tins of various oils from Lidls other week Teak/Larch and others has some ingredients in it!!!! but left for good while will be neutralised.     Did think about cutting shaft in half sourcing a piece that internal is around right size plus clean it up maybe then get in from each end and weld up? But have to be mindful that creates a high stress area/pinch point under load. trouble with smaller tube is A trying to tighten bolt/thumb screw...

    Used to have the Gaff in Hackney road Not far from Cambridge Heath road junction that stocked all sorts of gear lot's was for truck trimming latches/hinges/shackles and more plus all types of metals.

    Hi how are you getting on with it? Ive a Tungsten Carbide bladed cut off saw(Looks like a chop saw)which should do 200mm strips it has a 300mm blade. Also various angle grinders from 5" to 9" plus a king size dremel. also have various snips. I'm up/down road/around corner from you in Bethnal Green
