The blade turns by hand and the fuse is fine. The capacitor on my bandsaw blew but with that it was obvious as it popped and semi exploded. I don't even know where the capacitor is on the table saw. More investigation needed I think.

Not on the main board but I've not checked the plug. I thought I would hear a pop if something blew but I will check it out tomorrow. Hope it's that simple.

I appear to have broken my TS-200 table saw. I was feeding a longish length of 4x2 through it to rip it in half but stupidly had not got a push stick to hand so turned the machine off to get one but tried to restart it with the wood in the position I stopped at rather than feeding it through...
