    Thanks i'll look into it, I could sell some for sure but not on a large scale.

    Not really they are made in the USA, import costs are silly now, its would work out at something like £23-£25 each for something that you can lose on an underwater snag at any time. I only need the wooden blank, I weight them, airbrush paint, add harware then epoxy coat them.

    Thanks for the replies Iv seen a few of these close up and they are machined precisely for accuracy, they need to be symmetrical for the lures action to be consistent, Its beyond my tools and capability so i`ll try a few workshops to see if they could knock me a few out. Cheers Dave

    How would you do this?

    Hi new to the forum, Im a hobbyist who makes his own fishing lures. Does anyone know how to put the cut in this wooden lure? Im guessing its done while the piece is still in square profile then turned on a lathe? other than that Iv no idea, thanks
