Thanks Guys. The inlay is polyester resin which is poured into a router cavity, after it is dry it can be easily worked. The suede it applied to cut to size card first and then glued in, time consuming but worth it. Cheers Ian

sorry should have mentioned I have used these and they work great for general woods but for ebony no so good, I was hoping to find a abrasive that would deal better with this. cheers Ian

I have the T-square,bend and the standard - very good apart from the T-square not being square and they are very thin, I knocked some wood against my standard one and it now has a kink in it which doesn't help as it really needs to be flat for layout - but apart from that they are great. Ian
