    Tensioning scrollsaw blades!

    Our school is fitted with Hegners...being new to scrollsaws, how will I know when the tension is correct...musical notes has been mentioned!!...also what is the best type of blade (No.) to use... mostly mdf is used and also some ply. Thanks for any help. Gerry

    Kitchen sink.....

    Is a mason's mitre necessary?

    A relative has just taken delivery of 3 lengths of worktop from Ikea.(includes a breakfast bar length) It is of square section edging. Will butt jointing with the usual worktop connecting bolts be ok/is it the correct way...will it need a glue joint? Any advice appreciated.. Gerry
